The Golden Habits Challenge:

Gradually and sustainably introduces 4 new habits into your lifestyle.

Habits for the first cycle:

Eat a handful of colorful foods with lunch → fruits and vegetables, not Skittles. 🙂

No snacking between meals → none.

Move for at least 30 minutes a day → any activity you enjoy.

Eat a serving of protein with dinner → fish, meat, eggs, cottage cheese, protein powder…

These habits might seem simple, but they require effort.

For example, the first few days without mindless snacking can be tough.

Walking through the living room and grabbing a couple of potato chips from the bowl can happen without even noticing (it happens to all of us).

Maybe work colleagues offer you some snacks or nuts, and you take them without thinking about it.

That’s why we’re doing this as a group → to keep each other accountable and motivated.

And do you know what else?

The biggest challenge you’ll face is your own mindset.

That’s why we’ve added a structure that sets you up for success.

Here’s how it works:

1. The Commitment:

The challenge costs 1199 NOK. (The price isn’t just for coaching—it’s there to ensure you follow through. When you invest in yourself, you’re more likely to stay committed.)

2. Daily Tracking:

You’ll track your habits on a simple pen-and-paper sheet. Put it somewhere visible, like your fridge, as a daily reminder—just like gym stickers. 😉

3. The Reward:

The exclusive Golden Uvær T-shirt. You can’t just buy this shirt—you have to earn it first. Complete at least 90% of the challenge, and it’s yours to buy.

4. The Next Step:

At the end of the challenge, you’ll sit down with your coach to review your progress and decide on your next steps.

For me, the biggest shift happened when I made a habit of eating more vegetables and protein with my meals.

I used to struggle with cravings and feeling like I was never really full.

But once I started adding vegetables to every meal, I realized I was satisfied throughout the day without reaching for processed snacks.

And now?

Now, I don’t even think about it—it’s just part of my routine.

You don’t have to give up treats or follow extreme diets forever.

But if you commit to these habits for 30 days, you’ll break the hardest part of the cycle and take control of what happens next.

Diets fail because they aren’t sustainable → habits last a lifetime.
